Review
Email Address Collector is a powerful application that enables you to extract email addresses from certain applications and folders of your computer, for instance, Outlook and Outlook Express mailboxes, Thunderbird, Windows Address Book, Contacts, etc. It even supports web documents, PDF and DOC files, MSN Messenger logs and other formats. What is more, you can set filters based on the domain name, wildcard searches and contents. You can set the program to extract email addresses from all files or only from the files with certain extensions.
Once the emails are extracted, you can browse through the results and perform custom searches in various sections. The results can be saved as .csv and other formats, or copied to the clipboard. The program will automatically erase duplicates, as well as mail-daemon-like email addresses.
This tool is perfect for backing up and restoring Outlook folders and Outlook Express filters. The new version of the program features many improvements and bugs fixes. |
